Welcome to Onetech Bot (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Onetech Bot website, platform, and services. Onetech Bot is powered by Onetech Solution.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Overview

Onetech Bot provides WhatsApp Business API–based services, including but not limited to:

  • WhatsApp Business API onboarding

  • Bulk messaging and broadcast services

  • Chatbot and automation tools

  • Shared team inbox

  • Wallet-based billing system

  • Integrations with third-party platforms

Services are provided on a subscription and wallet recharge basis.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration

  • Have the legal authority to represent your business (if applicable)

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account

  • Any misuse, unauthorized access, or suspicious activity must be reported immediately

4. Wallet System & Payments

Onetech Bot operates with two types of wallets:

  • Main Wallet: Used for subscriptions, upgrades, and add-ons

  • Channel Wallet: Used for WhatsApp message delivery and template charges

Key points:

  • Wallet recharges are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Wallet balances do not expire unless stated otherwise

  • Wallet credits are added after payment confirmation and verification

  • Platform or processing charges may apply

5. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance

  • Users must comply with all WhatsApp / Meta policies

  • Users must obtain explicit customer consent before sending messages

  • Spam, unsolicited messaging, misleading content, or policy violations are strictly prohibited

  • Onetech Bot is not responsible for account suspension or blocking by WhatsApp due to user actions

6. Message Content Responsibility

  • Users are solely responsible for the content of messages sent using the platform

  • Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to):

    • Spam or unsolicited promotions

    • Fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content

    • Adult, hateful, or abusive material

Onetech Bot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

7. Subscription, Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services for policy violations

  • Restrict access for non-payment or misuse

  • Modify or discontinue any service with or without notice

No refunds will be issued for suspended or terminated accounts due to violations.

8. Service Availability & Limitations

  • We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime

  • Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party dependencies

  • Onetech Bot is not liable for delays or failures caused by WhatsApp, Meta, hosting providers, or external factors

9. Third-Party Integrations

  • The platform may integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, CRM tools, WhatsApp/Meta)

  • Onetech Bot is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Onetech Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for business losses, data loss, or reputational damage arising from platform usage

11. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, software, logos, and materials are the property of Onetech Bot / Onetech Solution

  • Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without permission

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
