By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellation will stop future renewals.

  • Access to the subscribed plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.


2. Wallet Recharge Policy

Onetech Bot operates with a wallet-based system.

a) Main Wallet

  • Used for plan subscriptions, upgrades, and add-ons.

  • All Main Wallet recharges are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Once credited, the balance cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.

b) Channel Wallet

  • Used for WhatsApp message delivery, templates, and broadcasts.

  • All Channel Wallet recharges are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Message charges are deducted as per WhatsApp / Meta pricing.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Wallet recharges (Main or Channel Wallet)

  • Subscription fees already paid

  • Processing or platform charges

  • Partial or unused wallet balance

  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations

  • WhatsApp number blocking or suspension by Meta due to user actions


4. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion, such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error

  • Payment deducted but wallet not credited (after verification)

Any such refund, if approved, will be processed after internal review and may take 7–10 working days.


5. Payment Verification & Delays

  • Wallet credits are added after successful payment verification

  • Delays may occur due to payment gateway processing or bank issues

  • Onetech Bot is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers


6. Service Disruption

  • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party issues do not qualify for refunds

  • Onetech Bot does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability


7. Policy Abuse

Any attempt to misuse the refund or cancellation policy, including fraudulent claims or chargebacks, may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Permanent restriction from using the platform


8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
